Met a bunch of new people today. We drove down to Lyons park in Golden with the intention of meeting Ben there to do about 8 miles. Turns out Ben hurt himself yesterday and was a no show.
But the run was good, we took off up chimney something trail which took us up approx 1600 feet in 3 miles. I tried to run with Luke, but it was more like I was running where Luke had already been. Once we got to the top decided to call it a day since I knew my knees were gonna be unhappy on the way down. Thankfully they were good all the way till the very end.
