Met up with twitter friend Trent for some running and then some burger. And let me tell you it was a burger!
The run was good. We ran at Apex park in Golden. I'd never been there before and neither had Trent so our journey was pretty much just guessing and had no idea what to expect. The trail was mostly dry, but the parts that had ice where ICY!
After the run we did 4 sprints, yay sprints!
